GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 19 March 1998
declaring a binding part of the urban plan for the large district of Hodonin
The Government orders pursuant to Paragraph 29 (2) of Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended by Act No. 262 / 1992 Coll.:
The binding part of the urban plan of the large district of Hodonin, graphically defined in Annex 1 to this Regulation, is set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
The territorial plan of the large district of Hodonin, approved by the Government Resolution of 19 March 1998 No 187, is deposited with the District Office in Hodonin and the Ministry of Regional Development.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

Binding part of the urban plan of the large district of Hodonin
1. When using the territory, protect corridors and areas for:
(a) the four-lane R 55 road, including the junctions and hubs;
(b) adjustments on roads I / 51, I / 54, I / 55, II / 419, II / 422, II / 426, II / 432, II / 499, including their components and accessories;
(c) modernisation of the railway line Breclav - Přerov,
d) Hostiles and operating objects of the water supply system Pomoraví: water supply line Uherský Ostroh - Veselí nad Moravou - Strážnice - Radejov, water supply line Liděřovice - Grape Lhota - Tasov - Lipov - Louka and water supply line Lipov - Hrubá Vrbka, Velká nad Velček - Kuželov, Velká nad Velkou - Sukov - Nová Lhota, Temice - Syrovinka and Temice - Domanín,
e) Sewerage collector Kuželov - Gross Vrbka, Moravian Sand - Bzenec, Vracov - Bzenec and Vacenovice - Milotice,
f) Leadership 2x 110 kV Rohatec - Veselí nad Morava, Rohatec - Čejč, Rohatec - Břeclav, 110 kV Veselí nad Morava - Uherské Hradiště, linkage line 2x 110 kV Hodonín - Sokolnice, Hodonin - Kyjov, Hodonín - Veselí nad Moravě do substation 110 kV Rohatec, shear line line 110 kV Klobůžky - Kyjov Čejč and lead 400 kV Sokolnice - Krážovanovna including rozděny Rohátec - Šážanky,
g) High pressure gas pipelines Kyjov - Zdánice, Louka - Blatník, Slavkov - Boršice u Buchlovice (district of Uherské Hradiště) - Suchov and Jablonica - Mutenice,
(h) the trans-regional and regional territorial system of environmental stability.
2. The buildings functionally and operationally related to the implementation of the projects referred to in points 1 (a) to (g) and defined in the graphic part of the zoning plan of the scale 1: 50 000, provided with an approval clause, shall be of public benefit.
