GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 14 June 1995
amending Government Regulation No 48 / 1995 Coll., to guide the amount of appropriations spent on salaries and on remuneration for on-call duty in the budget and in certain other organisations and bodies
The Government orders pursuant to § 23 (a) of Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration of on-call time in the Budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Act No. 40 / 1994 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 48 / 1995 Coll., on the rectifying of the amount of appropriations spent on salaries and on remuneration for on-call duty in the budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, is hereby amended as follows:
In Article 2 (2) (a), the words "to the Supreme Audit Office," shall be deleted.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
