President of the Republic
of 28 April 1993
on the negotiation of international agreements
On the basis of the mandate given to me by the provision of Article 63 (1) (b) of the Constitutional Act of the Czech National Council No. 1 / 1993 Coll., the Constitution of the Czech Republic, I issue the following, subject to any other decision in individual cases:
decision:
transferring
(a) the negotiation and approval of international agreements on bilateral and international multilateral agreements which do not require, access to, and acceptance of Parliament's consent to, the Government;
(b) the negotiation and approval of international agreements of bilateral and international multilateral agreements which, by their importance, do not go beyond the scope of, access to, and acceptance of, central government bodies to a member of the government, entrusted with the management of a competent ministry or other central government body.
