The provision benefits under Act No. 164 / 1946 Coll., on the care of military and war damages and victims of war and fascist persecution to which he is entitled in December 1950, shall be granted a one-off allowance:
| 1. k zaopatřovacím požitkům invalidy, jemuž byl přiznán ošetřovací nebo slepecký příplatek, v částce | 750 Kčs; |

| 4. k příplatku na každé dítě v částce | 150 Kčs. |
(1) One-off exceptional addition does not apply
1. persons who receive benefits abroad;
2. pensioners (war offenders) whose net national insurance pension (provision benefits), together with an increase in pension improvements of any kind, exceeds the amount of CZK 7,000 per month;
3. persons entitled as apprentices to the Christmas allowance for 1950; This also applies to employed pensioners (war offenders) who do not benefit from this allowance because their net wage (salary) exceeds the amount of CZK 7,000 per month or because they missed work for no reason.
(2) When the pension is combined under the National Insurance Act with the provision benefits under Act No. 164 / 1946 Coll. there is always only an addition to the National Insurance pension. If several national insurance pensions are collected, only the highest allowance is payable; This applies mutatis mutandis to the coexistence of several provision benefits under Act No. 164 / 1946 Coll.
The allowances under this Act are exempt from payroll tax.
The allowances wrongly received may be deducted by their payer from other benefits to which the recipient is entitled.
This Law shall take effect on 1 December 1950; to be carried out by the Minister for Labour and Social Welfare.
