Decree of the Minister of Finance
of 19 May 1948
on the publication of the monetary liquidation fund measures to limit the release of tied deposits.
Under Article 17 of the Act of 2 July 1947, No 141 Coll., on the Monetary Liquidation Fund, I declare the measure of the Monetary Liquidation Fund of 23 April 1948; the measure shall take effect on the day of its publication.

Measures
Foreign exchange liquidity fund
to limit the release of tied deposits.
The Foreign Exchange Liquidation Fund provides, pursuant to Paragraph 9 (2) of the Act of 2 July 1947, No 141 Coll., on the Monetary Liquidation Fund:
(1) According to § § 11 and 13 of Decree of the President of the Republic of 19 October 1945, No. 91 Coll., on the renewal of the Czechoslovak currency, the deposits are no longer released.
(2) The right to freely draw the necessary amounts from the tied deposits provided for in Paragraph 15 (1) of this Decree is limited by the fact that the tied deposits from public authorities, courts and other public establishments referred to in Article 6 of this Decree may be released only in future on a reasoned request with the permission of the Monetary Liquidation Fund.
When the release referred to in Article 1 (2) is made, the bill of lading shall always be presented for legal persons; If the applicant does not have such a payroll, he shall issue it to him and subsequently register the Postal Savings Bank, Post Office or Money Institute.
