GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 20 May 2019
amending Government Regulation No. 278 / 2008 Coll., on contents of individual trades, as amended
The Government mandates pursuant to Section 73a of Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Business Business (Trade Act), as amended by Act No. 130 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 155 / 2010 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 278 / 2008 Coll., on content content of individual trades, as amended by Government Decree No. 288 / 2010 Coll., Government Decree No. 368 / 2012 Coll., Government Decree No. 365 / 2013 Coll., Government Decree No. 155 / 2016 Coll. and Government Decree No. 178 / 2017 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Annex 1, the contents of the trade in crafts in the "Bakery, confectionery 'column of the Content content of the trade are replaced by the words" and the preparation of pastry and pastry products, ice cream and frozen creams and specialities and the sale of coffee, tea and soft drinks'. It is also possible to modify pastry products, ice cream, frozen creams and specialities, to sell coffee, tea and soft drinks. "
2. In Annex No 1 The content of the trade in craft in the trade "Road vehicle repair 'in the column Content content of the trade shall be inserted after the word" electrical' the words "and electronic 'and the word" (LPG)' shall be deleted.
3. In Annex 2 The content of trade-related trades "Activity of accountants, keeping of accounts, keeping of tax records' is added as follows:
"Activity of individual claims liquidators"
and the text in the column Content content of the trade reads:
"Activities involving communication with the client and the relevant institutions, verification of information provided by the client so that the insurance event is settled in accordance with the insurance contract, insurance terms and regulations. Assessment of the possibility of claiming insurance benefits and of calculating its amount. ';
4. In Annex 2 The content of the trades linked to the trade "Processing of the catalogue data design 'is deleted.
5. In Annex No 2, in the part of the "Trade-linked Declaration ', the following business shall be inserted after the trade" Proceedings of accounting advisors, keeping accounts, keeping tax records':
"Activity of individual claims liquidators'.
6. In Annex No 2, in the part of the "Nutrition Bound Declaration ', the trade" Processing of Catalogue Data Design' is deleted.
7. In Annex 3, the content of the trade concessions for the "Operation of a travel agency 'in the column Nutrition of the text reads:
"Operation of the travel agency - organisation of tours - brokering of linked travel services' and the text in the column Content content content of the business is:
"The assembly of sets of at least two different tourism services for the purposes of the same journey or stay in such a way as to create a tour, offer and sale of tours and brokering of linked travel services under the Act on certain conditions of business and on the pursuit of certain tourism activities.
In the course of trade, it is also possible to organise a combination of tourism services and to offer and sell them to another travel agency and to arrange the sale of a trip to another travel agency. In addition, the sale, sale and brokering of individual tourism services or a combination of individual tourism services which are neither tour or associated travel services or which are not covered by the Act on certain conditions of business and on the pursuit of certain tourism activities may be offered. Goods related to tourism may also be sold, in particular maps, plans, timetables, printed guides and souvenirs. '
8. In Annex 3, in the part "Proportionality of the concession ', the trade" Operation of a travel agency' is replaced by "Operation of a travel agency - organisation of tours - brokering of linked travel services'.
9. In Annex 4 Content content content free from each branch of activity in the field of activity No 7 "Production of food and starch products" the text in the column Content content content of the field of activity reads:

Organising combinations of tourism services, offering them and selling them to a travel agency; the words "rental of a car, motorcycle or other motor vehicle," shall be inserted after the word "catering"; "except for catering provided as part of the accommodation," the words "visa facilitation," shall be deleted; the words "other sports equipment" shall be replaced by the words "other sports equipment," and the words "negotiations," shall be inserted after the word "hosting trips, guided tours, ski sales";
14. In Annex 4, in the section on "Free trade trade", the field of activity "Manufacture of chemicals, fibres and preparations and cosmetic products" is replaced by "Production of chemicals and chemical mixtures or articles and cosmetic products."
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2019.
