GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 5 June 2013
on the occupation of soldiers of the Castle Guard for rescue and management of the consequences of the flood disaster in the period until 28 June 2013
The Government orders the implementation of Act No. 219 / 1999 Coll., on the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic, as amended:
According to the agreement of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 28 (2) of Act No. 219 / 1999 Coll., on the armed forces of the Czech Republic, a maximum of 60 soldiers of the Castle Guard will be used for rescue work and for the liquidation of the consequences of the disaster in floods in the Czech Republic from the date of entry into force of this Regulation until 28 June 2013.
About the use of soldiers The castle guards will decide according to the territorial scope of the flood Minister of Interior, Mayor of the capital of Prague or the capital of the respective regions.
The Chief of the Military Office of the President of the Republic shall designate the soldiers of the Castle Guard, including military equipment, to carry out their duties under Section 1.
(1) This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
(2) This Regulation shall expire on 28 June 2013.
