on the imposition of Appendix 3 to a collective agreement of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, was imposed on it between 8.4.2010 and 30.4.2010, this Appendix No 3 of the collective agreement of higher degree:
Addendum 3 of the higher-grade collective agreement for 2008 - 2010 concluded between the Trade Union Union of Transport Workers, the Road Economy and Auto-Repair Bohemia and Moravia and the Association of Construction Entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic on 15 December 2009 took effect on 1 April 2010.
