DECLARATION
of 11 June 2007
on the declaration of the National Natural Monuments of the Semian Overflow and the determination of its closer protection conditions
According to § 79 (3) (b) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll.:
Subject matter
(1) The National Natural Monument of the Semienne Overflow ("the National Natural Monument") is announced.
(2) The reason for the special protection is the preservation of the biotope and the population of the sand goat (Astragalus arenarius) in the communities of the Corynephorion canecentis developed on heavy sands.
Definition of national natural heritage
The national natural monument is situated in the Pardubice region, in the cadastral territory of Semín. The boundaries of the national natural monument shall be determined by closed geometric patterns with direct sides whose vertices are determined by the coordinates given in the single trigonometric network of the cadastral1). The lists of coordinates of closed geometric patterns and their individual vertices arranged as follows in the pattern are contained in Annex 1 to this Decree. The indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national natural monument is contained in Annex 3 to this decree.
Closer protection conditions
Only with the consent of the competent nature conservation authority can the national natural monument:
(a) make changes to the type of land or the way in which it is used (2);
(b) establish landfills of any material, including temporary ones.
Protection zone
The protection zone of the national natural heritage is situated in the territory of the Pardubice Region, in the cadastral territory of Semín. The boundaries of the national natural monument protection zone shall be determined by separate enclosed geometric patterns with direct sides whose vertices are determined by the coordinates given in the single trigonometric network of the cadastral1). The lists of coordinates of closed geometric patterns and their individual vertices arranged as follows in the figures are contained in Annex 2 to this Decree. The indicative graphical representation of the territory of the protection zone of the national natural heritage is contained in Annex 3 to this Decree.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on 1 July 2007.
