GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 10 June 1998
declaring the 1st amendment and the amendment to the binding part of the territorial plan of the large territorial unit of the Ostrava agglomeration
The Government orders pursuant to Paragraph 29 (2) of Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended by Act No. 262 / 1992 Coll.:
1. the amendments and additions to the binding part of the urban plan of the large territorial unit of the Ostrava agglomeration are defined in Annex 1 to this Regulation and listed in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
The Territorial Plan of the Large Territorial Unit of the Ostrava Agglomeration, approved by the Government Resolution of 17 August 1994 No 447, as amended by the Government Resolution of 10 June 1998 No 395, is deposited at the Regional Offices in Frýdku-Místek, Karviné, Nový Jicin, Opava, the City of Ostrava and the Ministry of Local Development.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

binding parts of the zoning plan of the large zoning unit of Ostrava agglomeration
1. When using the territory, protect the corridor of highway D 47 in the section Ostrava Rudná - Koblov - Bohumín - state border with the Republic of Poland.
2. The territorial protection of the motorway corridor D 47, approved by the Government Resolution of 17 August 1994 No 447 and published in Annex 2 (1) (a) to the Government Decree No. 185 / 1994 Coll., is abolished in the section Ostrava Rudná - Koblov - Bohumín - State border with the Republic of Poland by the Government Resolution of 10 June 1998 No 395.
3. Before the consequences of coal mining, protect the territory of Karviné, defined by the threshold of permissible extraction according to the graphic part of the 1st amendment to the zoning plan of the large unit of the Ostrava agglomeration of the scale 1: 50 000, provided with an approval clause.
4. The construction of the D 47 motorway in the section defined in point 1 shall be of public benefit.
