State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic
of 27 November 1978
on the transitional arrangements for certain economic obligations for the supply and collection of heating gases and solid fuels
The State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic provides, pursuant to § 395 (b) of the Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll., as published under No. 37 / 1971 Coll. and pursuant to the order of the Bureau of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic of 26 June 1978 No 150:
Property penalties for non-recovery of quantities of heating gases (1) between 1 January and 31 March 1979 need not be charged or enforced, 2) even if in individual cases they exceed 1000 CZK.
The right to property penalties for late delivery of solid fuels, (3) which were to be implemented under economic contracts in the second half of 1978, shall cease to exist or not.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1979.

1) Articles 34 (2) and 39 of Decree No. 176 / 1973 Coll., which issue basic conditions for the supply of heating gases, oil and gazoline.
2) The adjustment of the property penalties for the period from 1.10 to 31.12.1978 is carried out in Sections 1 and 3 of Decree No. 108 / 1977 Coll., on the transitional adjustment of certain economic obligations for the supply and collection of heating gases and solid fuels.
3) Paragraph 204 (1) of the Economic Code.
