DECLARATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Slovak Socialist Republic
of 3 December 1971
amending and supplementing Decree No 108 / 1964 Coll., on the competence of national committees in social security matters, as amended by Decree No 78 / 1968 Coll.
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Slovak Socialist Republic provides, pursuant to § 86 paragraph 1 of Act No. 101 / 1964 Coll., on Social Security, § 115 paragraph 4 of Act No. 103 / 1964 Coll., on Social Security of Cooperative Farmers:
Decree No. 108 / 1964 Coll., on the competence of national committees in social security matters, as amended by Decree No. 78 / 1968 Coll. is amended as follows:
Article 1 (5) (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The chairman of the dosage committee and the chairman of the assessment committee shall be elected from among the members of the national committee; If the elected President of the Commission is unable to perform his or her duties, he or she shall be represented by another Member of the National Committee to whom the National Committee shall appoint the members of the Batch Committee or the members of the Assessment Committee. ';
2. In Article 6 (2), the first part of the sentence before the semicolon is replaced by the following:
"(2) The Social Security Assessment Board shall act and act when the President or his representative is present, the Chief Medical Officer of the Social Security Assessment Service (Head Social Security Physician), another doctor, a social security officer and a representative of the Revolutionary Trade Union Movement; ';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
