on the extension of the commitment of the Collective Higher Level Contract
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to § 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the Collective Agreement of the Higher Degree for the Years 2017 - 2018, concluded on 18.1.2017 between the Senior Trade Union of Glass, ceramics and porcelain and employers' organisations - Association of the Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic, is binding with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this communication on 18 January 2017 for other employers with the predominant activity in the sector marked by the classification codes of economic activities of the CZ- NACE with the heading 231, 2341 and 2342.
The content of a collective contract of higher degree can be found at the regional branches of the Czech Labour Office and on the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (www.mpsv.cz).
