on the definition of the nature protection zones of the Protected Landscape Area of the Iron Mountains and amending Decree No. 156 / 1991 Coll., on the establishment of the Protected Landscape Area of the Iron Mountains
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 27 (2) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll.:
DETERMINATION OF NATURAL PROTECTION ZONES PROTECTED BY THE ORIGINAL AREA OF THE RAILWAY HORSE
Definition of zones
(1) Tiered nature conservation zones (hereinafter referred to as "zones") are defined in the Protected Landscape Area of the Iron Mountains.
(2) The indication of the boundaries of the zones on the basis of the cadastral map, including the electronic form, is stored in the central lists1).
(3) The indicative graphical representation of the zones in the Protected Landscape Area of the Iron Mountains is set out in the Annex to this Decree.
Amendment to Decree No. 156 / 1991 Coll., on the establishment of a protected landscape area of Iron Mountains
In Decree No. 156 / 1991 Coll., on the establishment of the Protected Landscape Area of Iron Mountains, Section 3 and Annex 2 are deleted.

Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 June 2016.
