DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 192 / 2001 Coll., issuing a list of border crossing points, as amended by Decree No. 364 / 2001 Coll.
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 182 (c) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 140 / 2001 Coll., and under § 3 (4) of Act No. 329 / 1999 Coll., on travel documents and on the amendment of Act No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended, (Act on travel documents):
The Annex to the Order of the Ministry of Interior No. 192 / 2001 Coll., which issues the list of border crossing points, as amended by Decree No. 364 / 2001 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Part I.1, point 2:

10. In Part V.2, the following point 7 is added:

This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
