DECLARATION
State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic
of 17 November 1989
amending Decree No 27 / 1981 Coll., laying down the basic conditions for the supply of health and veterinary products
The State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic on the basis of proposals from the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Slovak Socialist Republic and after consultation with the central authorities involved, pursuant to Article 392 (2) of the Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll., in the full version published under No. 80 / 1989 Coll.:
The Decree of the State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 27 / 1981 Coll., issuing the basic conditions for the supply of health and veterinary products, is hereby amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 2 shall be deleted; footnotes 4 and 5 are deleted at the same time.
2. In Paragraph 3, paragraphs 1 and 2 are deleted; at the same time, the numbering of paragraphs is deleted.
3. Paragraph 4 (2) is deleted; the numbering of the paragraphs is also deleted.
4. Paragraph 5 (1) is deleted. Paragraphs 2 and 3 shall be renumbered paragraphs 1 and 2.
5. In Paragraph 6, the words "designated by the superior authority of the customer after consultation with the superior body of the supplier 'are deleted from paragraph 2.
6. In Article 6, the last sentence is deleted from paragraph 5.
7. In Paragraph 12 (4), the words "and its superior body 'shall be deleted.
8. The second paragraph of Article 12 (5) reads as follows: "If the competent control authority has imposed measures published in the" Reports on the Quality of Drugs "on the supplier an obligation to re-classify the production lot under consideration, the customer shall be entitled to property penalties under the law only for those products which were found to be defective in the reclassification. '
9. In Section 12 (6), the words "Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic or Ministry of Health of the Slovak Socialist Republic 'are replaced by the words" competent supervisory authority'.
(10) The Annex to the Decree is deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1990.
