THE LAW
of 16 December 1975
on the state budget of the Czechoslovak Federation for 1976
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:

The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic or, under its authority, the Minister of Finance may adjust the binding tasks and limits of the Federation State Budget, in particular in accordance with changes to the State Plan, changes to the Organisations, adjustments to economic instruments in foreign trade and the mobilisation of the Government Budget Reserve, provided that this does not affect the balance of the Federation State Budget.
Act No. 113 / 1971 Coll., on Pension Tax and Social Security Allowance, is amended as follows:
In Paragraph 10 (1), the words "to the State budget 'are deleted.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1976.
