amending and supplementing the Decree of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 44 Coll. of 13.4.1970
The Federal Ministry of Interior and the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs provide, pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 63 / 1965 Coll., on Travel Documents:
Decree No 44 / 1970 Coll. is amended as follows:
1. the following paragraphs 2 and 3 are added:
"(2) The travel documents referred to in Article 1 (1) (a) must bear a supplementary mark on the passport and visa authorities.
(3) In cases established by the Minister of Interior of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, the supplementary mark replaces the exit clause. '
2. Paragraph 2 shall become paragraph 4.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 May 1972.
