amending the Government Decree of 12 April 1933, No 62 Coll., on the cancellation of interest on deposits in the cheques service and on the collection of cash deposits due by the cheques in the postal savings bank in the compulsory use of the cheques service.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to Section 14 of the Act of 23 September 1930, No. 143 Coll., on Postal Savings House:
Paragraph 3 of Decree-Law No 62 / 1933 Coll., as amended by Decree-Law of 11 January 1941, No 9 Coll., is amended and read as follows:
The fee is collected in cash by the amount of 1.- Cds for each deposit of any amount.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 December 1945. They shall be carried out by post and finance ministers.
