of 27 May 2019
imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following collective agreements of a higher degree have been imposed on him:
1. Appendix 1 to the Collective Higher Level Contract, concluded on 9.4.2019 between these Contracting Parties
Trade union of energy and mining
and
Employee association of the mining and oil industry.
2. Appendix 1 to the Collective Higher Level Contract, concluded on 19 December 2018 between these Contracting Parties
Trade union of mining, geology and oil industry workers
and
Employee association of the mining and oil industry.
3. Collective contract of higher degree for 2019 - 2024, concluded on 2 April 2019 between these Contracting Parties
Trade union Construction of the Czech Republic, trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto repair
and
The Union of Entrepreneurs in Construction.
