on the notification of serious security and operational incidents by persons authorised to provide payment services
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 263 of Act No. 370 / 2017 Coll., on Payment, for implementation of § 221 paragraph 5:
Subject matter
This Decree sets out details of the details of the notification of a serious security or operational incident in the area of payment transactions (hereinafter referred to as the "notification '), its formats and other technical details when reporting serious security and operational incidents in the area of payment transactions by persons authorised to provide payment services.
Notification
The person authorised to provide payment services submits a notification to the Czech National Bank including in part
(a) an initial notification;
(b) an interim notification; and
(c) C final notification.
Details of the particulars of the notification
The person authorised to provide payment services shall submit a notification using a form, the model of which is set out in Annex 1 to this Order, and shall gradually supplement it with the particulars in the various parts referred to in Section 2.
Format and other technical details of the notification
(1) The notification is submitted in xls / xlsx format.
(2) The notifications are transmitted to the Czech National Bank via the Internet interface of the Czech National Bank for collecting information obligations and statements.
(3) The notification may also be made in English. Model of form in English is set out in Annex 2 to this order
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 August 2018.
