DECLARATION
of 9 May 2017
amending Decree No. 172 / 2015 Coll., on the information obligation of the food recipient at the place of destination
The Ministry of Agriculture provides, pursuant to Article 18 (1) (f) of Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on Food and Tobacco Products and amending and supplementing certain related acts, as amended by Act No. 139 / 2014 Coll.:
Decree No. 172 / 2015 Coll., on the food recipient's information obligation at the place of destination, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 1 (2), points (d) and (e), including footnotes 2 to 4, are deleted;
Points (f) to (h) shall be renumbered (d) to (f).
2. Paragraph 1 (4) is deleted.
3. In Section 2 (1) of the introductory part of the provision, the text "(a) to (g) 'is replaced by" (a) to (e)'.
4. In Section 2 (2) of the introductory part of the provision, the text "(h) 'is replaced by the text" (f)'.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 June 2017.
