THE LAW
of 11 April 2012
amending Act No. 329 / 2011 Coll., on the provision of benefits to persons with disabilities and amending related laws
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Section 38 of Act No. 329 / 2011 Coll., on the provision of benefits to disabled persons and on the amendment of related laws, paragraph 12 reads as follows:
"(12) Persons who have been granted a contribution to the purchase of a motor vehicle pursuant to Decree No 182 / 1991 Coll., as effective until the date of entry into force of this Act, and who have been granted a contribution to the purchase of a motor vehicle and for whom the period provided for in Paragraph 35 (4) of Decree No 182 / 1991 Coll., as effective until the date of entry into force of this Act, has been granted a contribution to a special aid for the acquisition of a motor vehicle, shall be granted, subject to the conditions laid down in Article 9 of that Act, for the first time after the expiry of the period laid down in Article 35 (4) of Decree No 182 / 1991 Coll. '.
This Act shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
