THE LAW
of 23 April 2010
amending Act No. 111 / 2006 Coll., on aid in material distress, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 111 / 2006 Coll., on aid in material distress, as amended by Act No. 165 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 585 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 379 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 239 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 259 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 306 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 382 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 479 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 41 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 206 / 2009 Coll., and Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 24 (1) (b), the words "and persons who are disabled in the third degree but who are not entitled to an invalidity pension for the third degree invalidity 'are deleted.
2. in § 24 (1) (c), (e) and (g), "§ 25 to 30" is replaced by "§ 25 to 28 and 30."
3. In Article 24 (1) (g), the words "a person who is an invalid in the first or second instance 'shall be inserted after the words" a gainful activity'.
4. In Paragraph 24 (1), the comma at the end of point (g) is replaced by a dot and point (h) is deleted.
Efficacy
That law shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
