amending Decree of the Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic No. 395 / 1992 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended
According to § 79 (3) (b) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll.:
In Annex No V to Decree No. 395 / 1992 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Decree No. 105 / 1997 Coll., Decree No. 200 / 1999 Coll., Decree No. 85 / 2000 Coll., Decree No. 190 / 2000 Coll., Decree No. 116 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 381 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 573 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 574 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 452 / 2005 Coll., Decree No. 425 / 2006 Coll., and Decree No. 96 / 2007 Coll., the words
"Bílichov Valley KL Bílichov Vývost MŠANO č. 143.547 / 33 (31.12.12. 1933)," "Jan Svatos KV Hora Výnost MŠANO č. 143.547 / 33 (31.12.12. 1933)," "Semín overfill PU Semper Výnoška ONV Pardubice (9.7.1980)" and the words "Stinky CH Mariánské Lázna Výnost MKI č 12.613 / 68 (10.9.1968) 'are deleted.
The proceeds of MKI No 12.613 / 68 of 10 September 1968 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve Stinky shall be deleted.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on 1 July 2007.
