amending Decree No. 36 / 2001 Coll., on a demonstrable loss in public rail passenger transport and on the definition of parallel public passenger transport
The Ministry of Transport provides pursuant to § 39a (3) and § 39b (2) of Act No. 266 / 1994 Coll., on Railways, as amended by Act No. 23 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., and pursuant to § 22 (5) of Act No. 77 / 2002 Coll., on a public limited company České dráhy, a state organisation of the Railway Infrastructure Administration and amending Act No. 266 / 1994 Coll., on Railways, as amended, and Act No. 77 / 1997 Coll., on a state enterprise, as amended by:
Decree No. 36 / 2001 Coll., on a demonstrable loss in public rail passenger transport and on the definition of parallel public passenger transport, is amended as follows:
1. In the second-to-last sentence of Paragraph 3 (1), the words "district office 'are replaced by the words" county'.
2. In the first sentence of Article 4 (1), the words "the district office 'shall be replaced by the words" the region' and in the second sentence the words "the county authorities' shall be replaced by the words" the regions'.
3. In Article 4 (3), the words "district office 'are replaced by the words" county'.
4. In Article 4 (4), the words "district office 'shall be replaced by" county';
5. In Article 5 (1), the words "district office 'are replaced by the words" region'.
6. In Article 5 (2), the words "district office 'shall be replaced by the words" county';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
