GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 15 May 2000
amending Government Regulation No. 35 / 1979 Coll., on water payments, as amended
The Government of the Czech Republic orders pursuant to § 43 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Act No. 138 / 1973 Coll., on Water (Water Act):
Government Decree No. 35 / 1979 Coll., on water payments, as amended by Government Decree No. 91 / 1988 Coll., Act No. 281 / 1992 Coll. and Act No. 58 / 1998 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 2 (1) (a), the words "fish hatcheries and fish stocks" shall be inserted after the words "ponds,";
2. In Article 2 (1), the comma shall be deleted at the end of point (b) and the words "and waters for the maintenance of the aquatic conditions of agricultural parcels," shall be added.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
