DECLARATION
Ministry of Industry and Trade
of 10 June 1998
amending Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade Decree No. 560 / 1991 Coll., on the conditions for issuing official authorisations for the import and export of goods and services, as amended
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to § 56 paragraph 1 (b) of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs:
Decree No. 560 / 1991 Coll., on the conditions for the issue of official authorisation for the import and export of goods and services, as amended by Decree No. 130 / 1993 Coll., No. 300 / 1993 Coll., No. 88 / 1994 Coll., No. 175 / 1994 Coll., No. 192 / 1995 Coll., No. 156 / 1996 Coll., No. 115 / 1997 Coll., No. 233 / 1997 Coll. and No. 56 / 1998 Coll., shall be amended as follows:
1. In Annex D, Part IV - PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS, the following entries are deleted:

2. In Annex D, Part V - WASTE, in entry 4401 30, the words "- only IMPORTS 'are inserted after the words" Pillows, residues and waste, whether or not agglomerated in blocks, briquettes, pellets or shapes'. The unit of measurement "tonne 'is replaced by" m3'.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
