The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic decided in plenary on 14 June 1994 on a proposal by the Regional Office in Beroun to abolish point (e) of the generally binding order of the municipality of Karlštejn, on the charge of admission to the castle, adopted on 19 February 1991, as follows:
In the order of the municipality of Karlštejn on local charges of 19 February 1991, the date of publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws of the Czech Republic in point (e) of the provision as amended by:
"Rate of charge for admission to Karlstejn Kčs 2 Castle, - from one ticket.
The fee shall be payable 15 days after the quarter of each year. ';

The right to attach a different opinion with his name on the decision pursuant to § 14 of Act No. 182 / 1993 Coll., on the Constitutional Court, was used by Judge JUDr. Vladimir Paul.
