on the extension of compulsory insurance of single agricultural cooperatives
In agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water and the Ministry of Food Industry, the Ministry of Finance declares on the insurance industry, on the basis of a resolution made by the Government on 25 March 1964 pursuant to Sections 5 and 6 of Act No. 85 / 1952 Coll., on:
The following sentence is added to Section 5 (1) of Decree 211 / 1959 of the Ministry of Finance of the Ú. l., on compulsory insurance of single agricultural cooperatives:
"The insurance company shall also cover damage caused to tobacco by peronospore (peronospora tabacina) '.
Compulsory insurance under this Order also applies to damage caused before its effect in 1964.
Voluntary insurance of single agricultural cooperatives against damage caused to tobacco by peronospore shall cease; premiums paid for 1964 for such insurance shall be included in premiums for 1964 for compulsory insurance.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
