of 25 October 1950
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
§ 22.
Name protection.
If someone is shortened in their rights by someone else misusing their names, surnames, names or aliases, they may ask to be waived.
§ 352.
8. In unfair competition in economic relations.
(1) Any competitor who has suffered damage or who is threatened directly with damage may, in contravention of the good manners of the competition, request to refrain from such conduct and remove the defective situation caused by it. Who knew that his actions were capable of damaging the competitor is obliged to compensate him for the damage caused.
(2) If an employee is involved in the operation of an undertaking, the delay and removal of the malfunctioning may also be claimed on the undertaking.
