Government Regulation
of 21 June 1946
adjusting the general customs duties on imports of goods.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders, pursuant to the Act of 16 May 1946, No 117 Coll., on the modification of the Customs Tariff during a transitional period:
§ 1.
The tariff schedule shall be amended as follows:
1. the following note shall be inserted after the rate (b) (2):
"Note. Wood flour free from customs duties from 1 July 1946 to 31 December 1948. '
2. entry (a) 1. in the note per rate number 179 is amended as follows:
"1. over 30 to 45% vol. duty rate of 1 Kts per 100 kg of net weight until 31 December 1947. '
3. Note for the set number 291 "Viscose paper (whole-film paper), without regard to its other nature of everything. the duty rate of 1000 Kts per 100 kg 'is deleted.
4. the following note shall be inserted after the rate (a) (2):
"Note. Beech lats, imported by factories for the manufacture of furniture of bent wood on a clearance note, under the supervision and under the conditions laid down in the Regulation.
5. The following note is inserted after the rate number 484:
"Note to rates 483 and 484. Ball and roller bearings (excluding velocipedes) free of duty until 31 December 1947. '
§ 2.
For the period 1 July 1946 to 31 December 1946, the customs duties applicable to imports of goods falling within the following tariff numbers (headings) shall be abolished:
1. Cocoa beans and peel.

11. Lemons, limons, cements.
12. Orange.
13. Lemons, limons, cements and oranges, loaded in salt water; immature small oranges; Orange, cedar and lemon bark, whether or not ground or in brine, loaded.
