GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 18 May 2022
on the adjustment of compensation for loss of service income after the cessation of incapacity for service resulting from an accident or occupational disease and the adjustment of the cost of maintenance of survivors

The compensation for loss of service income after the cessation of incapacity for service resulting from an accident or occupational disease (hereinafter referred to as "compensation for loss of service income ') and the reimbursement of maintenance costs of survivors belonging to members or survivors under Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps, or under previous legislation, shall be adjusted by 8,2% to calculate the compensation for loss of service income and to calculate the reimbursement of maintenance costs of survivors, adjusted under previous regulations of the Government.
The adjustment for loss of service income and the reimbursement of the maintenance costs of survivors referred to in Article 1 shall be made to the national or survivors from 1 June 2022, provided that the right of the member or survivors has been acquired before 1 June 2022.
An adjustment shall be made for the loss of service income and the maintenance costs of the survivors referred to in Article 1 where the entitlement of the member or survivors arises from 1 June 2022 to 31 December 2022.
The adjustment for loss of service income and the reimbursement of maintenance costs for survivors shall be made without the request of the member or survivors.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 2022.
