of 10 April 2017
establishing the assessment basis for the person for whom the State is the payer of public health insurance premiums
The Government orders pursuant to § 3c (2) of Act No. 592 / 1992 Coll., on Insurance for Public Health Insurance, as amended by Act No. 362 / 2009 Coll., Legislative measure of the Senate No. 342 / 2013 Coll. and Act No. 109 / 2014 Coll.:
Measurement basis
The assessment basis for public health insurance premiums paid by the State to the person for whom the State is the payer shall be CZK 7 177 per calendar month.
Repeal
Government Decree No. 181 / 2016 Coll., on determining the assessment basis for the person for whom the State is paying the public health insurance premiums, is repealed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2018.
