THE LAW
of 12 April 2016
amending Act No. 329 / 2011 Coll., on the provision of benefits to disabled persons and on the amendment of related laws, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Section 4 of Act No. 329 / 2011 Coll., on the provision of benefits to persons with disabilities and on the amendment of related laws, the current text is renumbered as paragraph 1 and the following paragraph 2 is added, including footnote 29:
"(2) In deciding on the entitlement and the amount of the special allowance provided for in § 9 to 12, where the beneficiary is a minor or a person with limited professional capacity, the prior consent of the court under civil law29 is not required. The prior consent of the court shall not be required for the purchase itself of a special aid obtained using the contribution and all subsequent and related proceedings before the competent authorities.

Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
