THE LAW
of 22 April 2010
amending Act No. 569 / 1991 Coll., on the Land Fund of the Czech Republic, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 569 / 1991 Coll., on the Land Fund of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 546 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 161 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 269 / 1998 Coll., Act No. 95 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 144 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 108 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 148 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 260 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 178 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 119 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 95 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 299 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 99 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 148 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 260 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 110 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 253 / 2003 Coll.
1. In Paragraph 11 (2), "3 'is replaced by" 4'.
2. In Paragraph 11 (3), the word "present 'is deleted.
3. Paragraph 15 (4) reads as follows:
"(4) The Land Fund can provide funds that can be drawn on land, up to CZK 400 million per year depending on the course of work."
4. In Article 15, at the end of paragraph 6, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following points (h) and (i) are added:
"(h) national additional payments to direct aid for 2010 amounting to CZK 1,500 million,
i) to support the quality mark "Klasa" in the amount of CZK 150 million. "
5. In Article 15 (8), "(a) and (g) 'is replaced by" (a), (g) to (i)';
6. In Article 15 (10), the words "4 and paragraphs' shall be inserted after the words" paragraph '.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
