THE LAW
of 14 March 2006
amending certain laws in connection with the adoption of the concession law
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the budgetary rules
Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and on the amendment of certain related laws (budgetary rules), as amended by Act No. 493 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 141 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 187 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 450 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 202 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 479 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 186 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 257 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 377 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 546 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 1 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 361 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 377 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 546 / 2005 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 4, at the end of paragraph 1, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (k) is added:
"(k) an overview of the State's obligations under approved concession contracts (4e).
4e) Article 16 of Act No. 139 / 2006 Coll., on concession contracts and concession procedures (concession law). '
2. In Paragraph 4 (3), the sentence "For the obligations of the State arising from approved concession contracts pursuant to paragraph 1 (k), the period of the medium term shall be the duration of the commitment 'is inserted after the second sentence.
Amendment of the Act on the assets of the Czech Republic and its presentation in legal relations
In Article 12 of Act No. 219 / 2000 Coll., on the assets of the Czech Republic and its presentation in legal relations, as amended by Act No. 202 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 41 / 2004 Coll., at the end of paragraph 8, the sentence "The first sentence and the second sentence shall not apply when negotiating a concession contract under the special legislature18a."
Footnote 18a reads:
"18a) Act No. 139 / 2006 Coll., on concession contracts and concession procedures (concession law). '.
Amendment of the Act on the budgetary rules of the territorial budgets
In Section 3 of Act No. 250 / 2000 Coll., on the budgetary rules of the territorial budgets, paragraph 2 reads as follows:
"(2) The budgetary perspective shall include summary basic data on revenue and expenditure, in particular on long-term commitments and claims, on financial resources and the needs of long-term projects. In the case of long-term commitments, their effects on the management of the territorial unit shall be indicated throughout the duration of the commitment. ';
EFFECTIVE
That law shall take effect on the first day of the third calendar month following its publication.
