DECLARATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 18 June 1999
on the extension of the commitment of collective higher-level contracts
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining:
The collective contract of a higher degree concluded on 15 January 1999 between KOVO and the Community of Industrial Enterprises Moravia and Silesia (1) shall be binding on the employers listed in Annex 1 from the date of application of this decree.
A collective contract of higher degree concluded on 26 February 1999 between the KOVO trade union and the iron metallurgy union (2) shall also be binding on the employers listed in Annex 2 from the date of application of this decree.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
