declaring other sources of naturally occurring mineral water as natural medical resources and natural mineral waters table and changing the yield of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic no. 12 / 1979 Bulletin of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic declaring other natural sources of mineral water as natural medical resources and natural mineral waters table
The Ministry of Health provides pursuant to § 47 and 49 of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the Care of People's Health:

Oddíl 1

§ 1
Natural healing resources are claimed
(a) the source S 5 (well BVJ 624 D) located on the parcel No 1760 of the cadastral territory of the municipality Ostrožská Nová Ves, the district of Uherské Hradiště; the natural source of the medicinal product is the natural free sulphur-free medicinal mineral water of the bicarbonate-calcium-sodium-magnesium type, cold, hypotonic;
(b) the source S 6 (well BVJ 700) located on the parcel No 1760 of the cadastral territory of the municipality Ostrožská Nová Ves, the district of Uherské Hradiste; the natural source of the medicine is the natural free sulphur-free medicinal mineral water of the bicarbonate-calcium-sodium magnesium type, cold, hypotonic.
§ 2
Natural mineral waters of table are declared
(a) the source Hoštěc located on plot No 136 of the cadastral territory of the municipality of Hoštěc, the district of Karlovy Vary; the table's natural mineral water is a weakly mineralized ferrous acid of the bicarbonate-calcium-magnesium type with an increased content of silica acid, cold, hypotonic;
(b) the source Ilsano I located on land parcel No 151 / 2 (No 42) of the cadastral territory of the municipality of Lower Kramolín, Tachov district; the table's natural mineral water is free of ferrous acid of the bicarbonate-calcium type with increased silica, cold, hypotonic;
(c) the source Ilsano II (well HJ 1) located on plot No 153 / 2 of the cadastral territory of the municipality of Lower Kramolín, the district of Tachov; the table's natural mineral water is free of ferrous acid of the bicarbonate-calcium type with increased silica, cold, hypotonic;
(d) the source of Evženka II (well BJ 1) located on the parcel No 1203 of the cadastral territory of the municipality of Monasterec nad Ohří, the district of Chomutov; the table's natural mineral water is a weakly mineralised hydrocarbonate-sodium acid type with increased fluorides and silica acid content, cold, hypotonic;
(e) the source Nové Poděbradka II (well BJ 15) located on plot No 427 of the cadastral territory of the municipality of Velké Koda (Poděbrady), the district of Nymburk; the table's natural mineral water is a weakly mineralized acid of the bicarbonate-chloride-sodium-calcium type, cold, hypotonic;
(f) the source S 1 situated on plot No 949 / 1 of the cadastral territory of Domasov nad Bystřicí, Olomouc district; the table's natural mineral water is a weakly mineralized ferric acid of the bicarbonate-calcium type with an increased content of methacrylic acid, cold, hypotonic;
(g) the source M 3 (well BVJ 101) located on plot 159 of the cadastral territory of the municipality of Dobrčice, the district of Přerov; The natural mineral water table is a weakly mineralised acid of the bicarbonate-calcium-sodium type with increased fluorides, cold, hypotonic;
(h) the source of Moštěnka located on plot 122 / 5 of the cadastral territory of the municipality of Horní Moštěnice, the county of Přerov; The natural mineral water table is a weakly mineralized acid of the bicarbonate-calcium-sodium-magnesium type with an increased content of methacrylic acid, cold, hypotonic;
(i) the spring of Novovesský (well BJ 14) located on plot 1268 / 1 of the cadastral territory of Nová Ves, Sokolov county; The natural mineral water table is a weakly mineralised ferrous acid of the bicarbonate-magnesium type, cold, hypotonic;
(j) the source of Lower Lomnice I (well HJ 1) situated on plot No 11 of the cadastral territory of Bražec 2, Karlovy Vary district; The natural mineral water table is free of ferrous acid of the bicarbonate-calcium-magnesium type, cold, hypotonic;
(k) the spring of Lower Lomnice II (well HJ 2) situated on plot No 520 of the cadastral territory of Bražec 2, Karlovy Vary district; The natural mineral water table is free of ferrous acid of the bicarbonate-calcium-magnesium type, cold, hypotonic;
(l) the source of Lower Lomnice III (well HJ 3) located on plot No 520 of the cadastral territory of Bražec 2, Karlovy Vary district; The natural mineral water table is free of ferrous acid, bicarbonate-calcium-magnesium type, cold, hypotonic.

Change of Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 12 / 1979 Bulletin of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic declaring other natural sources of mineral water as natural healing resources and natural mineral waters table (reg. 23 / 1979 Coll.)
§ 3
The proceeds of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic No 12 / 1979 The Bulletin of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic declaring other natural sources of mineral water as natural medical resources and natural mineral waters table (reg. 23 / 1979 Coll.) are amended as follows:
In Article 1 (c), the words "The source of Zaporocký 'are replaced by the words" The source of Juriková'.

§ 4
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
