Minister of Construction and Technology of the Slovak Socialist Republic

transferring the authority of the building office to the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Socialist Republic for certain buildings
Minister of Construction and Technology of the Slovak Socialist Republic, in agreement with the Minister of Justice of the Slovak Socialist Republic, pursuant to § 31 paragraph 2 (c) of Act No. 87 / 1958 Coll., on the Construction Regulations:
The powers of the building office, except in the case of expropriation proceedings and compensation for expropriation, are transferred to the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Socialist Republic for the construction of the Correctional Education Corps (§ 2).
(1) The following shall be regarded as the construction of the Correctional Education Corps under this Decree:
(a) structures for the services of the Correctional Education Corps and special structures included in the investment plan of the Correctional Education Corps;
(b) structures in the administration or use of the Correctional Education Corps for the purposes of the Services of the Correctional Education Corps.
(2) According to this decree, housing and civil works carried out for the Correctional Education Corps by other investors are not considered to be constructions of the Correctional Education Corps.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
