Government Regulation
of 17 October 1950
repealing the Basis of National Assistance and Social Assistance for Bohemia and Moravia.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders pursuant to § 1 (1) (b) of Act No. 143 / 1949 Coll., on changes in the organisation of public administration and in the jurisdiction of its bodies:
The basis of the national aid established by Decree-Law No 370 / 1938 Coll., is hereby repealed on 31 December 1950. its rights and obligations are transferred to the State.
Social assistance for Bohemia and Moravia, established by Government Decree No. 378 / 1942 Coll., is hereby repealed on 30 June 1949; her rights and obligations go to the Czechoslovak Red Cross.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Labour and Social Welfare in agreement with participating members of the Government.
