amending and supplementing the Government Order of 5 March 1927, No 16 Coll., on the treatment of the service and pay ratios of craft workers in the technical service of construction and maintenance and in the automotive operation of Czechoslovak Post, as amended by the Government Decree of 18 October 1945, No 111 Coll.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders pursuant to Section 210 of the Act of 24 June 1926, No. 103 Coll., on the modification of the pay and certain service conditions of civil servants (Law of 24 June 1926):
Government Decree No. 16 / 1927 Coll., as amended by Government Decree No. 111 / 1945 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. The title and the text of the Regulation shall be replaced, unless otherwise specified, by the words "in the technical service of construction and maintenance ', by the words" in the telecommunications service of construction and maintenance', and by the words "in the car service ', by the words" in the workshop or automotive service', after the words "Czechoslovak Post ', the words" or Postal savings banks' shall be inserted.
2. Article 2 shall be amended and read as follows:
Craft category.
In the telecommunications service of construction and maintenance, in the workshop and in the automotive service of the Czechoslovak Post Office or the Postal Savings Office, it is used for craftsmanship of the following categories:
category of mechanics (top mechanical class I and II, mechanical class),
category of fitters (Class I and Class II telegraph guards, fitters),
category of workshop (first and second classes, workshop),
category of car drivers (top drivers of Class I and Class II cars, drivers of vehicles).

(1) The workplaces of artisans are systemised within the set normal needs of the forces in three scales, namely:

4. Article 4 (1) (5) (b) is amended as follows:
(b) in the case of a post in the category of fitters, craft, metal-working, carpentry, covering, masonry or other craft needed for service in the category of fitters, he has either completed work in a professional establishment or in work in his field of trade, with the benefit of a continuing school of industry or, in the satisfactory performance of his work.
5. Article 8 (1), first sentence is amended as follows:
(1) It is for the office of a person to appoint a waiting person or to lend to the office of business.
6. Article 75 shall be amended and read as follows:
In the telecommunications service of construction and maintenance, in the workshop or automotive service of the Czechoslovak Post Office or the Postal Savings Office it is used for craft operations outside craftsmen according to Part One of this Regulation also for auxiliary craftsmen.
7. Article 81 (2) shall be amended as follows:
(2) Auxiliary craftsmen shall have the service title "Auxiliary Car Driver" and the service of the workshop title "Auxiliary Workshop."
8. Article 105 (2), first sentence is amended as follows:
(2) However, if the hours of service attributable to the measurement of the provision salary were actually spent by the auxiliary craftsman (assistant car driver) in the performance of the driver's service, this shall be taken into account in such a way that 18 months shall be evaluated for the assessment of the provision salary each year.
9. Paragraph 107 (2) is added as follows:
On a case-by-case basis, the Government may shorten this period of time by other services set up or working in the field of postal administration, on a proposal from the Ministers of Posts and Finance, on a proposal of the Minister for Consensus, if the staff member complies with the conditions set out in Paragraph 4 and has been fully employed.
10. Article 124 (1), first sentence is amended as follows:
(1) It is for the personal office to appoint auxiliary craftsmen.
The current postal service operators operating in the workshop or automotive service that have complied with the conditions prescribed for the provision of a craftsman in the relevant category (§ 4, paragraph 1 of the W.No. 16 / 1927 Coll.) and have performed for at least six years the work of the relevant craft categories shall be transferred to the category of workshop or car drivers, the auxiliary contractors in those services who have complied with the conditions prescribed for the provision of the craft in the relevant category (§ 4, paragraph 1 of the W.M. No. 16 / 1927 Coll.) and the work of the relevant craft categories shall be transferred on the same day to the relevant category of auxiliary craftsmen.
The Government Order of 17 March 1933, No 50 Coll., amending the Government Order of 5 March 1927, No 16 Coll., on the treatment of the service and pay ratios of craft workers in the technical service of construction and maintenance and in the automotive operation of Czechoslovak Post is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 November 1945; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Post.
