Decret of the President of the Republic
of 26 October 1945
on the establishment of the University of Political and Social in Prague.
On the proposal of the Government and in agreement with the Slovak National Council, I establish:
For the high study of political and social sciences it is established in Prague at the beginning of the year 1945 / 46 Political and social college.
(1) The Political and Social College has three departments: political, journalistic and social.
(2) It is entitled to award academic degrees.
(3) Its statute will be issued by the Government by a decree.
(4) Study and Examination Regulations are issued by the Minister for Education and Education.
This Decision shall take effect on the day of its publication; it shall be carried out by all members of the Government.
