imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following higher-level collective agreements have been imposed on him:
1. Collective contract of higher degree for 2025 concluded on 18 December 2024 between the Contracting Parties
Department of Transport Workers, Road Economy and Auto Repair Bohemia and Moravia - Section of the Road Economy
and
Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Road Infrastructure Section;
2. Collective contract of higher degree (for a. s., s. r. o. and p. p..) for 2025 concluded on 18 December 2024 between the Contracting Parties
Department of Transport Workers, Road Economy and Auto Repair Bohemia and Moravia - Section of the Road Economy
and
Transport Association of the Czech Republic - Section of road infrastructure.
