amending Decree No 48 / 2008 Coll., on the method of calculating the entitlement to refund of excise duty paid at the prices of certain mineral oils consumed in primary agricultural production, as amended by Decree No 395 / 2008 Coll.
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 139 (2) of Act No. 353 / 2003 Coll., on excise duties, as amended by Act No. 37 / 2008 Coll.:
In Paragraph 1 (1) of Decree No 48 / 2008 Coll., on the method of calculating the right to refund of excise duty paid at the prices of certain mineral oils consumed in agricultural primary production, as amended by Decree No 395 / 2008 Coll., "0,8 'is replaced by" 0,85' and "80 'is replaced by" 85'.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
