DECLARATION
of 5 January 2009
amending Decree No. 527 / 2006 Coll., on the use of toll roads and amending Decree No. 104 / 1997 Coll., implementing the Road Act, as amended, as amended, as amended by Decree No. 323 / 2007 Coll.
The Ministry of Transport provides for the Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on Road, as amended by Act No. 102 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 132 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 489 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 256 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 259 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 358 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 186 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 80 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 186 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 311 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 342 / 2006 Coll.:
Decree No. 527 / 2006 Coll., on the use of toll roads and amending Decree No. 104 / 1997 Coll., implementing the Road Act, as amended, as amended, as amended, as amended, as amended by Decree No. 323 / 2007 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. in Article 3 (2) (a):
"(a) squares with rounded corners and bevelled lower right corner of a coupon valid for a calendar year; the distance of opposite sides is 61 mm, ';
2. Paragraph 4 (1) (j) reads as follows:
"(j) a holographic element which, for an annual coupon on both sides, is silver-coloured and supplemented by a demetalized cross-strip. Monthly and seven-day coupons have a holographic element of gold colour on the front and silver color on the back, without demetalized stripe,."
3. In Article 4 (1), the following point (k) is added at the end of the paragraph:
"(k) two-letter series and six-digit serial number."
4. in Article 4 (3) (i):
"(i) a holographic element which is silver on an annual coupon on both sides and accompanied by a demetalized transverse stripe. Monthly and seven day coupons have a holographic element of gold on the front side and silver on the back side, without demetalized stripe. For all coupons, the holographic item theme is rotated 90 ° from the first part."
5. in Article 4 (3), the following point (j) is added at the end of the paragraph:
"(j) two-letter series and six-digit serial number."
6. In Paragraph 4, the following sentence is added at the end of paragraph 4: "The upper part is an indication indicating the period of validity '.
7. Paragraph 4 (5) reads as follows:
"(5) The underlying background colour is used for the coupon valid for:
(a) calendar year the colour red,
(b) one month colour blue,
(c) seven days of colour green. ';
8. Paragraph 5 (1) to (8) reads as follows:
"(1) The vehicle pictogram symbolizing the relevant vehicle mass category is located in the middle of the coupon. Pictogram is 5 mm high and wide
(a) for vehicles up to the maximum authorised mass of 3,5 tonnes 13 mm,
(b) for vehicles with a maximum authorised mass exceeding 3,5 tonnes up to a maximum authorised mass of less than 12 tonnes, 12 mm.
(2) The inscription indicating the maximum authorised mass of the vehicle shall be 3 mm high and shall be placed on the top right of the registration plate.
(3) The number indicating the year of validity shall be placed on the front of the coupon in the lower right-hand section under the vehicle pictogram and on the rear side in the left-hand middle part. The first and last digits shall be 14 mm high, the other digits shall be 11,5 mm high.
(4) The letter indicating the term of validity shall be placed on the front of the coupon above the number indicating the year of validity in its right and on the back of the coupon in its middle. The letter is 35 mm high.
(5) The symbols of the road signs "motorway" and "express roads" are placed on both the front and rear sides of the coupon at the top right of the coupon. Both symbols are 5 mm high and 4 mm wide.
(6) The holographic item is located on the front of the coupon in its left lower part and on the back of the coupon in its right lower part. The holographic item is different in shape according to the duration of the coupon.
(7) The box for registration of the registration mark is located on the front of the coupon in its central part. The frame is 6 mm high and 41 mm wide. The letters RZ are 2 mm high and are located on the left side of the annual coupon frame and on the right side of the monthly and seven-day coupon frame.
(8) The two-letter series and the six-digit serial number shall be 3 mm high and shall be placed on the front side of the coupon on the left above the registration plate. ';
9. Paragraph 6 (2) to (9) reads as follows:
"(2) The vehicle pictogram symbolizing the relevant vehicle mass category shall be located in the central part at the left edge of the coupon. Pictogram is 5 mm high and wide
(a) for vehicles up to the maximum authorised mass of 3,5 tonnes 13 mm,
(b) for vehicles with a maximum authorised mass exceeding 3,5 tonnes up to a maximum authorised mass of less than 12 tonnes, 12 mm.
(3) The inscription indicating the maximum permissible mass of the vehicle shall be 3 mm high and placed at the lower edge of the coupon above the figure indicating the year of validity.
(4) The number indicating the year of validity shall be placed at the bottom of the coupon under the holographic item. The first and last digits shall be 8 mm high, the other digits shall be 6,5 mm high.
(5) The letter indicating the period of validity shall be placed on the lower right of the coupon above the number indicating the year of validity and shall be 29 mm high.
(6) The symbols of the road signs "motorway" and "express roads" are located in the central part at the right edge of the coupon. Both symbols are 5 mm high and 4 mm wide.
(7) The holographic item is located in the lower left part of the coupon. Its shape is identical and for all types of coupons the holographic item theme is rotated 90 ° from the first part.
(8) The box for registration of the registration mark is 6 mm high and 42 mm wide and is placed on a paper pad on the back of the coupon. To the right of the frame, the letters RZ are 2 mm high.
(9) The two-letter series and the six-digit number are 3 mm high and are located above the vehicle pictogram and symbols of the transport signs. The series shall be placed to the right of a six-digit serial number showing red fluorescence in UV radiation. '
10.Paragraph 16 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) Electronic equipment must be returned by personal transmission at the contact or distribution point. A vehicle registration certificate or a Technical Card or other evidence of removal from the vehicle register shall be submitted. Those documents may be replaced by proof of the identity of the operator or of the representative of the vehicle operator, if registered in the toll system. ';
11. in Article 20, the word "instruction" shall be replaced by "Terms and Conditions."
12. Annex 1 to the Order reads:

Models of coupons proving payment of the time fee
1. Coupons valid for the calendar year for the vehicle
(a) up to the maximum authorised weight of 3,5 tonnes
(b) up to the maximum authorised weight exceeding 3,5 tonnes up to less than 12 tonnes
2. Coupons valid for one month for the vehicle
(a) up to the maximum authorised weight of 3,5 tonnes
(b) up to the maximum authorised weight exceeding 3,5 tonnes up to less than 12 tonnes
3. Coupon valid for seven days for the vehicle
(a) up to the maximum authorised weight of 3,5 tonnes
(b) up to the maximum authorised weight exceeding 3,5 tonnes up to less than 12 tonnes
