on the method of external marking, badges, models of service uniforms and the special colour design and marking of service vehicles, vessels and aircraft of the Police of the Czech Republic and on proving belonging to the Police of the Czech Republic
The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to § 11 (b), § 50a (4), § 50b (4) and § 54 (3) of Act No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 26 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 326 / 1993 Coll. and Act No. 436 / 2003 Coll.:

SERVICE STAINERS
§ 1
Types and parts of service uniforms
(1) The service uniforms of the Police of the Czech Republic ("Police") are:
(a) Service uniform 92;
(b) a working uniform of 92,
(c) overalls 92,
(d) motorcycle uniform,
(e) uniform castle police,
(f) flight uniform 95,
(g) social uniform.
(2) Service uniforms include accessories to service uniforms and value labelling (1) or the designation of aviation expertise and functions.
(3) The models of service uniforms are shown in Annex 1 to this Decree.
§ 2
Complements of service uniforms
(1) The accessories of service uniforms are uniform buttons, trimmings, lamps, embroidery, hat badges, distinctive badges and highlighting, identification and decorative accessories.
(2) The service uniform 92, the service uniform 92, the suit 92 and the air uniform 95 may be accompanied by a mark of competence, service, qualification or degree of management.
§ 3
Derogation and designation of aeronautical expertise and functions
(1) On the service uniform 92, the rating marks shall be placed on the shoulder of the relevant components of the service uniform or on the mat for the rating markings of the relevant components of the service uniform placed on the right side of the chest.
(2) On a service uniform of 92, on a combination of 92 and on a motorcycle, the rating marking is placed on the mat for the rating marking of the relevant components of the service uniform placed on the right side of the chest.
(3) On the uniform of the castle police, the rank mark shall be placed on the sleeves or shoulder of the relevant components of the service uniform.
(4) The rating marking shall not be used on the flight uniform 95; in its place, the aeronautical expertise or functions are indicated on the flight uniform 95; the marking is placed on the sleeves or shoulder of the relevant components of the service uniform. When using components of other service uniforms for the flight uniform 95, the designation of air expertise or functions shall be placed on the shoulder or on the rating label pad. Where a member of the police, hereinafter referred to as "the police officer ', is included in a place of service where he or she is entitled to an air uniform 95, a service uniform 92 or a suit 92, he or she shall bear an indication of the air competence or function on the endorsement for the value marking of the relevant components of such service uniforms; the rating markings shall not be used when such service uniforms are used in the air service.
(5) On the social uniform, the label shall be placed on the left sleeve of the relevant components of the service uniform.

METHOD OF EXTERNAL LABEL AND POLICE NETWORKS
§ 4
Method of external identification of police
(1) The external indication is:
a) the sleeve character of the police, which forms a large state emblem of the Czech republity2) with the word "POLICE" in white frame on the dark blue background,
(b) the inscription "POLICE" comprising:
1. yellow letters on a dark ground,
2. silver letters on a dark blue, green or yellow reflective base,
3. black letters on white background,
4. black letters on a silver base; or
5. yellow letters on blue background,
(c) the inscription "FOREIGN POLICE" which consists of white letters in light blue frame on a dark ground;
(d) the sleeve band "POLICIE" which is white with the inscription "POLICIE" in accordance with (b) (3);
e) a sign of a protective service, which is circular with a picture of a two-tail lion and with the text "PROTECTION SERVICES OF THE POLICE OF THE CR" along the perimeter,
(f) a "POLICE" board which is white and consists of the inscription "POLICE" in accordance with (b) (3), a horizontal green bar above the inscription and a horizontal green stripe under the inscription.
(2) The external designation for the performance of the service abroad and in international exercises is also a patch in the form of a national flag of the Czech Republic 3) and a patch with the inscription "CZECH REPUBLIC."
§ 5
Police badges
The police badge is
(a) a symbol of the police, which forms a circular symbol with an eight-point star whose circumference is the words "THE POLICE OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC,"
(b) the identification number constituting:
1. metal plastic design of the police symbol on whose lower edge is a six-digit number,
2. a yellow six-digit number embroidered on a dark cloth substrate; or
3. a two-digit or three-digit metal number on a circular metal support,
(c) the substance character of the castle police with the words "Semper Fidelis,"
(d) the metallic emblem of the castle police with the words "Semper Fidelis."
§ 6
Location of the external marking and badges of the police
(1) The sleeve character of the police is placed on the left sleeve of the specified components of the service uniform 92, the service uniform 92, the suits 92, the motorcycle uniform and the social uniform.
(2) The inscription "POLICE" according to Article 4 (1) (b) (1) is placed on the left side of the chest or on the back of the specified components of the service uniform 92 and of the suits 92 and on the front of the specified headgear 92 and 92; may also be placed on protective or tactical equipment.
(3) The inscription "POLICE" in accordance with Paragraph 4 (1) (b) (2) is placed on the left side of the chest and on the back of the specified components of the service uniform 92 and the motorcycle uniform; may also be placed on reflective, protective or tactical devices.
(4) The inscription "POLICE" in accordance with Article 4 (1) (b) (3) may indicate vehicles, vessels, aircraft and other material used in connection with the performance of police tasks.
(5) The inscription "FOREIGN POLICE" is placed on the left side of the chest of specified parts of the uniform of the castle police.
(6) The "POLICE" sleeve may be used by a policeman in the performance of his duties in civil clothing. The sleeve "POLICE" is visibly placed on the left or right sleeve.
(7) The sign of a protective service may be worn by a police officer in the performance of his duties in civil clothing. The sign of the protective service is placed on the left side of the chest or collar of the upper clothing component.
(8) The table "POLICE" refers to the objects in which the police station has a permanent public relations service. The "POLICE" board is located in a visible location outside the building near the entrance intended for public entry. The "POLICE 'board may take the form of a light panel.
(9) The external marking for the performance of the service abroad and in international exercises is placed above the police sleeve on the left sleeve of the specified components of the service uniform 92, the service uniform 92 and the suits 92; the patch in the form of the national flag of the Czech Republic is placed under the label "CZECH REPUBLIC."
(10) The identification number referred to in Section 5 (b) (1) shall be placed on the left side of the chest of the specified components of the service uniform 92, the service uniform 92, the overalls 92 and the motorcycle uniform. A police officer serving in civil clothing may place an identification number similar or hang on his neck.
(11) The identification number referred to in § 5 (b) (2) may be placed instead of the identification number referred to in § 5 (m). (b) (1) or together with it on the left side of the chest, the components of the service uniform 92, the overalls 92 and the motorcycle uniform; may also be placed on reflective, protective or tactical devices.
(12) The identification number referred to in § 5 (b) (3) shall be placed on the right side of the chest of the specified parts of the uniform of the castle police.
(13) The fabric character of the castle police with the words "Semper FIDELIS" is placed on both sleeves or on the left side of the chest of the specified parts of the uniform of the castle police.
(14) The metal character of the castle police with the words "Semper FIDELIS" is located on the left side of the chest of the specified parts of the uniform castle police.
(15) The models of the external marking and badges of the police are shown in Annex 2 to this decree.

PROHIBITION OF ACCESS TO THE POLICE AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TASKS OF POLICE
§ 7
Demonstration of police affiliation with a service card and badge of a criminal police service
(1) The badge of the criminal police service consists of a metal oval of blue colour with a silver frame; The upper part of the badge is a plastic symbol of the police, underneath which are three horizontal stripes in state color4) and the inscription "SERVICE OF CRIMINAL POLICE AND INVESTIGATION '; There's an engraved five-digit number on the bottom of the badge.
(2) A police officer shall, when proving his / her competence to the police by means of a service card or a badge of a criminal police service, present for inspection the front page of a photo card or the front page of a badge of a criminal police service without giving it away. A police officer in civil clothing may also prove his / her competence to the police by placing a service card or badge on the left side of the chest or hanging on his / her neck in such a way that his / her front is visible.
(3) The model of the service card and badge of the criminal police service is shown in Annex 3 to this Order.
§ 8
Demonstration of competence of soldiers in active service and members of the Czech Prison Service to perform police tasks
(1) A soldier in active duty called for the performance of police tasks (5) ("soldier") and a member of the Czech Prison Service called for the performance of police tasks (6) ("member") demonstrates responsibility for the performance of police tasks by an oral declaration "police" only if the conditions and circumstances in the performance of a particular police task do not allow him to demonstrate his or her compliance with the prescribed uniform "POLICE."
(2) The external marking "POLICE" referred to in paragraph 1 is the sleeve "POLICE" visibly placed on the left or right sleeve of the uniform soldier and member.
(3) When proving responsibility for the performance of police tasks, a soldier and a member shall present a card for inspection to the front of the licence without giving it away.
(4) The models of the soldier's and member's pass are shown in Annex 3 to this decree.

MODELS OF THE SPECIFIC BAREAL IMPLEMENTATION AND MARKING OF SERVICE VEHICLES, VESSELS AND AIRCRAFT
§ 9
Special colour and marking of police service vehicles
(1) The service vehicle of the police with special colour design and marking is:
(a) white colour with a horizontal green stripe on the sides; the service vehicle is marked on the sides and rear of the vehicle with the sign "POLICIE 'in accordance with § 4 (1) (b) (3) and on the front with the symbol" POLICIE' in accordance with § 4 (1) (b) (3); or
(b) silver colours with a horizontal blue stripe on the sides and on the rear and yellow and blue elements; the service vehicle is marked on the sides with the sign "POLICIE 'in accordance with § 4 (1) (b) (4), the symbol of the police on the front and the sign" POLICIE' in accordance with § 4 (1) (b) (4) and the inscription "POLICIA 'in the back, in accordance with § 4 (1) (b) (5).
The horizontal stripe may include the inscription "HELP AND PROTECTION 'in the colour of the service vehicle. The emergency line symbol may also be placed on the service vehicle. The special colour and marking may be reflective.
(2) The special colour and marking of the motorcycle and snowmobile are made by a combination of
(a) white and green, or
(b) silver and blue colours with yellow elements and marking and symbol of the police according to the design of a given type of motorcycle or snowmobile. The special colour and marking may be reflective.
(3) A police service vehicle which does not have a special colour design as provided for in paragraphs 1 or 2 may be marked on the front and on the sides by the sign "POLICE" in accordance with § 4 (1) (b) (3). The sign on the front may be replaced by a symbol of the police. For the purposes of exemption from charges for use of road charges (7) and in the case of a parked vehicle, the marking shall be sufficient by means of this inscription behind the windscreen.
(4) The models of the special colour design and marking of the service vehicles of the police and the marking of the service vehicles of the police referred to in paragraph 3 are shown in Annex 4 to this Regulation.
§ 10
Special colour and marking of police service vessels
(1) The service vessel of the police with a special colour and marking is white with a horizontal green stripe around the whole circumference of the vessel and is marked on the sides and, where appropriate, on the front or rear part with the inscription "POLICIE" in accordance with § 4 (1) (b) (3).
(2) A police official vessel which does not have a special colour version as provided for in paragraph 1 may be marked on the sides and behind the windscreen with the inscription "POLICE" in accordance with § 4 (1) (b) (3). If such a vessel is anchored, the marking shall be sufficient by means of this inscription placed behind the windscreen.
(3) The models of the special colour design and marking of police service vessels are shown in Annex 4 to this Decree.
§ 11
Special colour and designation of police service aircraft
(1) The police service aircraft with special colour and marking is in combination with blue and white or blue and silver and is marked on the hull or keel surface with a symbol of the national flag of the Czech Republic (3) in the form of a spherical triangle and on the torso or a hernia surface and, where appropriate, on the bottom side, with a mark of nationality consisting of white lined with red letters "OK," white lined with red dash and a mark consisting of white lined with red letters "BY" supplemented by an additional letter from the alphabetical series "A" to "Z." On the sides of the hull and, where appropriate, on the underside of the police service aircraft, the inscription "POLICIE 'shall bear letters of such colour as contrasting to the background colour of the inscription.
(2) A police service aircraft which does not have a special colour version as provided for in paragraph 1 may be marked on the sides and, where appropriate, on the underside of the hull by the inscription "POLICE" in a colour which is contrasting to the background colour of the inscription.
(3) The models of the special colour design and designation of police service aircraft are shown in Annex 4 to this Decree.

ČÁST PÁTÁ

FINAL PROVISIONS
§ 12
Transitional provisions
(1) A motorcycle uniform shall be considered to be a uniform in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation. The location of the value designation and the external marking and badges of the police on this uniform shall be governed by existing regulations. This uniform may be used by 31 December 2011 at the latest.
(2) Until 31 December 2011, components which are not shown in Annex 1 to this Order may be used for service uniform 92, for service uniform 92 and for combination 92, provided that they are components of such uniform in accordance with the existing rules.
§ 13
Repeal
The following shall be deleted:
1. Decree No. 25 / 1998 Coll., on the external designation of the police and the demonstration of belonging to the police.
2. Decree No. 58 / 2002 Coll., amending Decree No. 25 / 1998 of the Ministry of the Interior Coll., on the external designation of the police and the demonstration of police affiliation.
§ 14
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
