THE LAW
of 22 January 1997
amending and supplementing Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the care of the health of the people, as amended, and Act No. 36 / 1975 Coll., on fines for infringements of legislation on the creation and protection of healthy living conditions, as amended by Act No. 137 / 1982 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 36 / 1975 Coll., on fines for infringements of legislation on the creation and protection of healthy living conditions, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 137 / 1982 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 shall be supplemented by the following sentence, including footnote 6: "For the purposes of this Act, the organisation shall be understood as a natural person operating under special regulations (6) and a legal person.

Act No. 513 / 1991 Coll., Commercial Code, as amended by Act No. 264 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 591 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 600 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 286 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 156 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 84 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 94 / 1996 Coll. and Act No. 142 / 1996 Coll. Act No. 105 / 1990 Coll., on the Private Entrepreneurship of Citizens, as amended by Act No. 219 / 1991 Coll. and Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll. '
2. In Article 3 (1), the amount "100 000 CZK" is replaced by "500 000 CZK" and the word "triple" is replaced by "four-and-a-half times."
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
