DECLARATION
Ministry of Environment

establishing the list and quantities of substances and products used in health care in acute life threats not covered by the provisions of § 2 (1) and § 3 (1) and § 3 (2) of Act No. 211 / 1993 Coll., and the duration of their import
The Ministry of the Environment, after consulting the Ministry of Health, provides, pursuant to Section 9 of Act No. 211 / 1993 Coll., for a ban on the production, import and use of substances that harm or threaten the ozone layer of the Earth and products such substances containing:
(1) The list and quantities of substances and products used in health care in acute life threats to which, pursuant to Article 9 of Act No. 211 / 1993 Coll., the prohibition on the production, import and use of substances harmful to or threatening the ozone layer of the Earth and products containing such substances do not apply to its provisions under Sections 2 (1) and 3 (1) and (2) are set out in the Annex to this Decree.
(2) Imports of the substances and products listed in the Annex must be concluded by 31 December 1997.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
