DECLARATION
Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic
of 20 February 1976
supplementing the Decree of the Ministry of Education and Culture No. 111 / 1965 Coll., on the Final Apprenticeship Tests, as amended by Regulations No. 11 / 1968 Coll. and No. 143 / 1969 Coll.
The Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic provides in agreement with the participating central authorities and the Czech Trade Union Council pursuant to § 228 (4) of the Labour Code No. 65 / 1965 Coll.:
The Decree of the Ministry of Education and Culture No. 111 / 1965 Coll., on the final examinations of apprentices, as amended by Regulations No. 11 / 1968 Coll. and No. 143 / 1969 Coll., is added as follows:
1. in Paragraph 2 (3), the following point (d) is inserted after point (c):
"(d) in the case of workers who, on 1 March 1976, perform the duties of master of vocational education, the duration of that duties shall be at least five years.";
2. the following Section 10 (a) is inserted after Section 10:
Transitional provisions
(1) Paragraph 2 (3) (d) applies until the end of 1981.
(2) Applications from masters of vocational education for examinations of professional subjects and for final apprenticeship examinations in 1976 shall be sent to the regional national committees by 28 March 1976 at the latest.
(3) Examinations of professional subjects in 1976 are held by masters of vocational education between 1 April and 28 May 1976. "
If the title "Master of Vocational Training" is used in the Decree, it is changed to "Master of Vocational Education." 1)
This Decree shall take effect on 1 March 1976.

1) The change of title results from the measures of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of 31.12.1975, No II / 3- 1998 / 75- 7201, to regulate national regulations for the application of the rationalisation of labour and wage systems.
